Introducing High Growth Non Executive

The “High Growth approach” to senior advisor/Non Executive support is based on a “nose in fingers out” approach to challenging the MD and management team to think differently and “Strategically look back from the future”. When the strategy and implementation plans are agreed total support is offered to support the team in delivery of the plan.

The ongoing light touch support is essential for “High Growth” businesses if they are to maintain the momentum and ensure the vision, strategy and plans are “owned”, communicated, understood and milestones and/or measures are in place.
