After a very successful corporate career Stuart Ross followed his passion of helping both individuals and companies realize their potential and moved into personalized coaching and training with an emphasis on total improvement. He founded High Growth in 2012 with a focus on growth organizations. Initially focused in the East Midlands, Stuart quickly developed an enviable reputation with the results he continued to achieve. With the publication of his top selling books Needle Movers and Secrets of High Growth Companies, and launch of the High Growth Academy, Stuart quickly gained recognition both across the UK and internationally. Due to high demand, an office was created in California to complement our global presence and continue building out from our headquarters in Nottingham. Today, a network of accredited coaches deliver the High Growth methodology across the globe.

He has trained over 2000 senior directors and business owners, coaching personally over 400 of them, producing significant results and always a return on their investment. He has a unique ability to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop action plans that deliver results.

During his career he has been involved in multiple fundraising, acquisitions and exits. Working with start-ups and scale-ups, he specialises in helping the companies and their owners realise their full potential.
