What is non-executive support?

When the strategy and implementation plans are agreed total support is offered to support the team in delivery of the plan.
The ongoing light touch support is essential for “High Growth” businesses if they are to maintain the momentum and ensure the vision, strategy and plans are “owned”, communicated, understood and milestones and/or measures are in place. We will maintain the right behaviours to deliver the plan and hold key people to account.
