Over one hundred and twenty leaders of businesses around England attended the third High Growth Summit at the Radisson Blu, Donnington to learn the secrets and strategies for achieving growth.
Hailed, once again, as the region’s most powerful business summit of the year, an array of inspirational speakers shared their advice, and discussed strategies that could lead to fast but sustainable growth.
Stuart Ross, the founder of High Growth and organiser of the summit, advised, “businesses must be motivated to achieve high growth. Once a company has embarked on the high growth path, they must then develop the right disciplines and right management behaviour to achieve it. He also explained how all members of an organisation must be fully aligned in both its vision and goals, in order for it to move forward at pace.”
