I was asked recently how some Business Owners seem to do very little and prosper greatly while others work their tail off for very small results. “Do they know something I don’t” Well, yes. Frankly, they do.
They know “think smart not long!” That knowledge is the key. Put thought before effort.

So, for business owners to increase their profits and have more time off the best way is to increase their “BE” sufficiently to enable them to decrease their “DO” whilst still increasing their “HAVE”. Of course, upping your “DO” is the quick way but it’s not sustainable and it has limited capacity.
How can you increase your business “BE”? Get yourself educated in leadership and leverage, in marketing, people, systems, and finance. That way the quality of your thoughts will increase your “HAVE”
